Mailing Lists

Herb and Flower World wishes to collect, store and process your email address which offers reliable subscription management system congruent with General Data Protection Regulation, in order to send you periodical information and content.

Your data will be collected, stored and processed in full congruence with GDPR. The site will not collect, store, and process other data than your email address, details of your consent, date of consent and IP address of the computer used to give a consent. Your data will be treated with full confidentiality. Your data will never be disclosed to any other third parties and it will be used only for the purpose specified above. Your data will be held only as long as the newsletters are being sent and no longer than necessary.

You will have the right to modify or remove your data at any point in time, for any reason. You will be provided with a summary of your subscription at the end of registration, together with a link for unsubscribing. All further emails will contain a link that will allow for a quick removal from the mailing list. We will delete your data automatically within 3 months after unsubscribing. You have the option to remove or modify your data immediately by contacting the site through the Contact page.

Children’s Privacy

Our website is for a general purpose audience and are not directed or intended for children under 13 years of age.
